recipe of the day

soya bean fried rice
- 2 cups of jeera rice
- 100gms soya bean chunks
- 2 medium sized onions
- 2 cloves
- half inch cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon chillipowder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 5-6 garlic
- haif inch piece ginger
cooking time!!!!
- In 2 cups of boiled water put soya bean chunks, soak it for 10 minutes, wash it thoroughly and keep a side.
- Soak 2 cups of jeera rice for 5 minutes, wash it and keep a side.
- Take a kadai put 1 tablespoon oil.
- First put chopped onions, followed by ginger garlic paste, add salt, add coriander, chillipowder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder, and mix it well.
- Add 1 cup of water, bring to boil and keep a side.
- Take pressure cooker, put 1 tablespoon. oil or ghee, add 1 chopped onion, put cinnamon, clove, any other spices(optional).
- Mix washed and drained rice in the pressure cooker and stir it for 2 minutes, add cooked soya bean chunks to it, mix it well, add water, half inch above the mixture, don't add more water, close it and keep it for 3 whistle.
- Soon after 3rd whistle, remove the cooker from the stove. U will get it like this!!!!!!.
- Decoration-chopped onions, coriander leaves, chillies(optional).
